Terms of service

MusicHub AutoSystem — last updated 4 September 2026

Two different things, on one page. MusicHub AutoSystem is a private tool with a single operator, so it has no customers and no service terms in the usual sense. What does need stating in writing is the licence under which our music may be used, and the terms we ourselves are bound by when publishing through the YouTube API.

1. The software

MusicHub AutoSystem is an in-house tool operated solely by Sandro Pozzati (Comacchio, Italy). It is not distributed, sold, licensed or made available to any other person or organisation. There is no sign-up, no account and no public interface, so there is no user agreement to accept: nobody other than the operator can use it.

2. Our terms towards YouTube

In operating this tool we are bound by, and comply with, the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Any use of YouTube's name or marks follows the Branding Guidelines. Our handling of data is described in our privacy notice.

The tool accesses only the three YouTube channels owned by the operator, each through its own OAuth 2.0 credentials, and performs only these operations: uploading our own videos, setting their cover art, assigning them to our own playlists and scheduling their publication.

3. How our music may be used

The music published on our channels is composed and produced by us, and we own it. We publish it under our own free-use licence:

Allowed. Using our tracks inside your own videos and productions, including monetized ones, on YouTube and elsewhere. Attribution is welcome but not required.
Not allowed. Redistributing the music as a music release: uploading it to a distributor or streaming service, selling it, or registering it with Content ID or any other rights-management system. Doing so claims rights over work that is not yours and causes false claims against other people's videos.

Permission to use the music does not transfer ownership of it, and can be withdrawn in case of misuse as described above.

4. No warranty

The music is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for how third parties use it.

Il programma: MusicHub AutoSystem è uno strumento privato, con un solo operatore. Non si vende, non si distribuisce, non lo usa nessun altro: non c'è nessun contratto d'uso da accettare.

Verso YouTube: pubblicando con l'API rispettiamo i Termini di servizio di YouTube, quelli delle API e le Norme per gli sviluppatori. Lo strumento tocca solo i tre canali dell'operatore, e fa solo queste cose: carica i nostri video, ci mette la copertina, li assegna alle nostre playlist e ne programma l'uscita.

La musica: si può usare liberamente dentro i video di altri, anche monetizzati, e la citazione fa piacere ma non è obbligatoria. Quello che non si può fare è ridistribuirla come pubblicazione discografica — caricarla su un distributore, venderla, o registrarla su Content ID o su qualunque altro sistema di gestione dei diritti: significherebbe rivendicare diritti su un lavoro che non è proprio, e far scattare rivendicazioni false sui video di altre persone.
