Privacy notice

MusicHub AutoSystem — last updated 4 September 2026

The short version. MusicHub AutoSystem is a private, in-house tool with a single operator and no other users. It collects no personal data from anyone, it has no accounts to sign up for, and it shares nothing with third parties.

What the tool is, and who uses it

MusicHub AutoSystem prepares and publishes original royalty-free music to three YouTube channels owned by the operator. It is not distributed, sold or made available to any other person or organisation. There is no public interface, no registration and no user base: the only person who operates it is the controller named above.

Personal data collected from users

None. The tool has no users other than its operator, so there is nothing to collect. It does not track visitors, does not use cookies, does not use analytics, and does not run advertising.

Data handled by the tool

Our own content. Audio files, cover art, titles and descriptions of the music we publish — created by us.
Our own YouTube credentials. OAuth 2.0 tokens that authorise the tool to publish to the three channels we own. They are stored only on the operator's computer, they are never shared, and they grant access to no other channel.
Publication records. A local log of what was published and when, kept so that the same track is not uploaded twice.

None of this is personal data belonging to anyone other than the operator, and none of it is sold, rented or passed to third parties.

YouTube API Services

MusicHub AutoSystem uses the YouTube Data API to publish videos to the operator's own channels. By using it, the operator is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Stored authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.

How long data is kept

Publication records and authorisation tokens are kept on the operator's computer for as long as the channels are active, and deleted when they are no longer needed. Since no data is collected from other people, there is nothing else to retain or erase.

Your rights

If you believe we hold personal data concerning you — we do not expect to, since we collect none — you may write to spozzati4@gmail.com and ask for access, correction or deletion, as provided by the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.

Lo strumento tratta solo cose nostre: i file musicali e le copertine che produciamo, i gettoni di autorizzazione dei nostri tre canali YouTube (che restano sul computer dell'operatore e non danno accesso a nessun altro canale) e un registro locale di cosa è stato pubblicato, che serve a non caricare due volte lo stesso brano.
